Meng Meiqi is a Chinese singer, musician, dancer, performer, actor, and television personality who was a member of the South Korean girl group WJSN (also known as Cosmic Girls) from 2016 to 2023. Formed by Starship Entertainment and Yuehua Entertainment, the girl group has released many extended plays, albums, and tracks such as Would You Like?, The Secret, Kiss Me (키스 미), I Wish (너에게 닿기를), WJ Stay?, Super Yuppers! (슈퍼 그럼요), Dream Your Dream, For the Summer, Mo Mo Mo (모모모), Neverland, As You Wish, Unnatural, Easy, Boogie Up, Happy, Secret (비밀이야), Last Sequence, Butterfly, As You Wish (이루리), and Save Me, Save You (부탁해). Additionally, Meng Meiqi has been a member of the Chinese girl group Rocket Girls 101 formed through the 2018 reality show Produce 101 China. She has also been a part of various shows and movies including Jade Dynasty, Would You Like Girls, Born To Dance, Autumn In My Heart, Step Up: Year of the Dance, The Coming One 3, Marna, Summer With You, Wonderland Junior, Breaking Through, Outrageous Roommates, and Masked Dancing King.

She was 15 years old when she went to South Korea to become a trainee.
On December 31, 2015, Meng Meiqi was revealed as a member of WJSN as part of its Natural Unit.
The girl group WJSN debuted with the release of the extended play Would You Like? on February 25, 2016, and it included songs like Take My Breath, Mo Mo Mo (모모모), and Catch Me. The EP peaked at #7 on the Gaon Digital Chart.
WJSN released its debut studio album Happy Moment on June 7, 2017, and its tracklist consists of Mr. BADBOY, Happy, Babyface, SUGAR, Follow Me, B.B.B.Boo, and others. The album peaked at #3 on the Gaon Album Chart and its song Happy was placed at #77 on the Gaon Digital Chart.
WJSN‘s first summer special album For the Summer was released on June 4, 2019, and it peaked at #1 on the South Korean Albums (Gaon) chart.
Along with Xiao Zhan, Li Qin, and Tang Yixin, Meng Meiqi co-starred as Bi Yao in the 2019 fantasy action film Jade Dynasty (also known as Jade Dynasty 1 and Zhu Xian).
She brought to life the character of Xiao Fei in the 2019 film Step Up: Year of the Dance, the spin-off film of the Step Up franchise.
On March 31, 2021, WJSN released its 9th extended play titled Unnatural and it peaked at #3 on the South Korean Albums (Gaon) chart.
