Musso made his feature film debut with a role in the 2003 dramedy "Secondhand Lions," appearing alongside his brother Marc. A few years later, he voiced the main character DJ in the Oscar-nominated animated film "Monster House." Musso returned to the big screen in 2009 to reprise his television role as Oliver Oken in "Hannah Montana: The Movie."
