Just when you think you’ve seen the best ‘Carpool Karaoke’ ever, James Corden pulls another incredible star out of the bag – this time, the legendary Sir Elton John!

Sir Elton joined James for a special ‘Carpool Karaoke’ segment which aired after the Super Bowl on Sunday. It’s one of the most popular segments on James’ The Late Late Show and Sir Elton definitely didn’t disappoint!

It’s amazing to see someone of Sir Elton’s status being so relaxed and down-to-earth, singing along to his own hits alongside James. Plenty of classics were given the karaoke treatment, including ‘I’m Still Standing’ and ‘Crocodile Rock’.

The pair revisit some of Sir Elton’s early fashion days during ‘Crocodile Rock’, donning feather boas and comedy glasses, whilst they also nail ‘The Circle of Life’, complete with lion manes!

Elton also gives us an insight into his life – he talks about his latest album, how he doesn’t own a phone and how his kids Zachary and Elijah have changed his life.

The highlight for us is Sir Elton and James’ duet of ‘Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me’ – the harmonies are on point! James knows every single one of George Michael’s ad-libs.
