He used to be everywhere with Paris Hilton and his fat brother. Now I never hear about him. I think he's gorgeous, although I seem to be one of the few that thinks so (I usually see him described as "greasy"). I just read that his brother died about a year ago. What other news?

Their mother Nancy almost lost her LA home a decade ago. They don't even have hundreds of millions of dollars anymore. They're comfortable, but the real money is long gone.

By most accounts Brandon Davis has an estimated net worth of $55 million USD. Where and what assets make up that valuation we do not know, but assuming his grandfather or father weren't stupid much of it likely is tied up in trusts or otherwise can't easily be touched if at all.

Many scions of wealthy families often are skint, reduced to working or even scrounging because while they are wealth enough as such people are, they cannot get their hands on large amounts of ready cash. This is as it should be if there's any hope of such persons having any fortune at all that lasts their lifetimes.

Again using the Vanderbilt family as an example look what happened to many of them; some lump sum inheritances and blew the wad on houses (and tons of shit to fill them), horses, etc... until they spent themselves into a wealthy person's version of poor house. Other side saw most of their money and other assets tided up in trusts and they lived off interest not touching the capital.
